Amanda Wilcox
Thousands of Tennesseans worship with her every Sunday, and Tuesday night, thousands cheered her on as she battles cancer. Amanda Wilcox is just 30 years old. The worship leader and popular background singer went to a doctor just a few weeks ago with complaints of stomach pain.
Wilcox was stunned by her diagnosis of advanced stage colon cancer. She now faces chemotherapy, radiation and several surgeries. She had no insurance when she was diagnosed.
